We are currently searching for a full time live in carer who can assist an elderly client based in the Richmond area. The carer's main responsibility is to provide assistance in the daily care routines and accompany the client to appointments. Someone who drives is essential.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7 am to 7 pm

Duties include:

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

The family is looking for someone who can start in 3 weeks.
