A lovely client in the Hampstead area is looking for a responsible and reliable Full Time Live In Carer. The working hours for this position would be Monday to Friday, ideally from 7 am to 6 pm. As a Carer, you will be in charge of assisting the elderly person with daily routines and activities.

The duties of a Full-Time Carer include

• getting in and out of bed and assuring comfort
• accompany the client to social outings and help host social gatherings in the home such as afternoon lunches with loved ones
• prepare snacks and refreshments as well as cook main meals
• water plants
• help with washing and dressing
• managing toilet needs
• make and keep notes of appointments and arrangements
• reminders when to take medication
• assist with moving and walking
• light household duties
• oral hygiene care
• shop and order necessary home supplies or personal equipment

You will also accompany the elderly client to occasional appointments so knowing how to drive is essential for the role. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible but we are willing to wait for the right candidate.
