Care Assistant in Virginia Water

Location: Virginia Water, Surrey

Experience: 2 years

Salary: £100 to £120 per day

An elderly client in the Virginia Water area is looking for a live in full time care assistant to help with the daily living tasks. It would be a bonus if the candidate knows how to drive.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, ideally from 7 am to 6 pm

Duties include:

  • accompany the client to social outings and help host social gatherings in the home such as afternoon lunches with loved ones
  • prepare snacks and refreshments as well as cook main meals
  • help with washing and dressing
  • managing toilet needs
  • make and keep notes of appointments and arrangements
  • reminders when to take medication
  • assist with moving and walking
  • light household duties
  • oral hygiene care
