Live Out Carer in Edgware

Salary: £11 to £12 per hour

We are looking for a dedicated full time live out carer who can accompany an elderly client based in the Edgware area and provide assistance in the daily routines.

Working hours: ideally 40 hours per week spread over 4 to 5 days

Duties include:

  • organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
  • organising and taking the client to appointments
  • helping with laundry and ironing
  • changing bed linen and making beds
  • assisting with bathing and personal grooming
  • helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
  • getting to know the client and their interests and needs
  • giving emotional and practical support to the client
  • food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

The family is looking for someone who can start in 3 weeks.
