A temporary live in full time carer housekeeper is needed in Islington to provide personal and practical assistance to an elderly person whilst also maintaining the upkeep of the client's home. The candidate is expected to work for around 2 weeks but would escalate to a permanent role if it goes well.

Working hours: 7 days a week, 12 hours a day with breaks. If the position goes into a permanent role it will be on a 3/4 week on 1 week off rota.

Duties include:

• assisting with personal care
• assisting with mobility
• providing companionship
• prompting medication for the client
• preparing healthy and balanced meals
• keeping the home tidy at all times
• running errands
• accompanying the client on appointments
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable

The client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
