A friendly and reliable Carer is needed in Mortlake, London to provide companionship and assist an elderly client in doing the daily routines. The Carer will be working in a Live Out Part Time position for 2 to 3 days a week, approximately 8 hours a day with some flexibility.

Duties will include

• assisting with personal care,
• assisting with mobility,
• accompanying on outings and activities,
• booking and taking to appointments,
• providing companionship,
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable,
• running errands,
• medication prompting,
• preparing meals,
• assisting with the bedtime routine

The Carer would also do some light housekeeping duties like preparing meals and keeping home tidy. The client has a housekeeper so there's no heavy housekeeping needed. The client would like the Carer to start as soon as possible.
