A busy family in Croydon seeks a part time care assistant to help an elderly loved one move around the house. It is essential that you have a willingness and right attitude towards your work. The client is ideally looking for someone in a walking distance from the client's home, as they want to limit the use of public transportation.

Working hours: every morning from Tuesday to Friday

Duties include:

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the elderly person
• organising and taking the elderly person to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the elderly person manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the elderly person and their interests and needs

The family is looking for someone who can start immediately.
