A proactive and discrete live in housekeeper cook is required by a lovely client in Kensington to take in charge of maintaining the highest standard cleanliness of their property and keeping their home look immaculate at all times. The housekeeper cook will also be responsible for preparing meals so it is essential that the candidate is a confident cook.

Someone who has experience dealing with art valuables is required for this position. It is also important that the candidate is pet friendly since the client owns an adorable dog and they require pet care.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 6 pm (flexibility needed to work extra hours and on weekends)

Duties include:

• full housekeeping duties
• keeping the home tidy
• managing day to day household task
• liaising with and supervising contractors
• laundry and organising wardrobes
• cooking for the clients and guest
• serving guest, assist with dinner parties
• caring for fine fabrics
• dealing and caring for antiques and valuable art
• shopping, running errands
• sending clothes to the dry cleaners
• managing the household budget
• pet care for the dog
• reporting and fixing any maintenance issues

The are keen to have someone flexible to work on two different locations as the client has another home in Kent and the housekeeper may be required to help out there. Ideal start date will be on the 2nd week of October.
