A Harpenden family seeks a Live Out Full Time Carer to help an elderly person move around the house and accompany them to short walks in the morning. It is essential that the candidate has the willingness and right attitude towards their work. The Carer is required to work full time from Monday to Friday.

Main Duties:

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the elderly person
• organising and taking the elderly person to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the elderly person manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the elderly person and their interests and needs

The family is looking for someone who is looking for a long-term placement. The family is seeking someone who can start in the 3rd week of February but they are flexible with the start date for the right candidate.
