A family in Bayswater, London is looking for a reliable, warm and patient Part Time Carer to assist a client with mobility and in doing the day to day activities and routines. They are looking for someone who can do the duties efficiently. This position requires the Carer to work for 2 days a week, ideally from 12 pm to 4 pm. The working days might be extended in the future.

Duties:

• making sure that the client has taken medication
• preparing meals and snacks
• monitoring the client's blood pressure
• checking the district nurse's blood sugar chart
• checking the client's food diary
• doing small exercises with the client and trying short walks to the cafe
• accompanying the client to errands such as shopping
