A Live In Full Time Carer Housekeeper is needed by a family based in Peacehaven, East Sussex to assist an elderly relative in doing the daily living tasks whilst taking charge of the housekeeping duties around the house. The working hours for this position would be full time for 5 days a week, ideally 10 to 12 hours per day.

Duties:

• General care duties
• Reminding and assisting with personal care
• Understanding clients needs and enabling/ assisting client to do various task
• Cooking and also helping the client with the cooking
• Organising various activities and accompanying client on outings
• Keeping the home tidy
• Booking and taking to appointments
• Shopping and running errands
• Changing bedsheets
• Keeping the kitchen clean at all times
• Grocery shopping
• Maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the family
• Giving emotional and practical support to the client

It would be advantageous if the candidate knows how to drive. The family is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
