A full time live in carer position has become available in Barnes, London where the candidate will be mainly in charge of assisting an elderly person with mobility and many elements of their daily routine. This is for a temporary role and the candidate is expected to work for a week.

Working hours: 7 days per week, 12 hours a day with breaks (flexibility needed)

Duties include:

• Safely using aids and personal equipment
• Assisting with mobility
• Medication prompting
• Engaging and taking clients to various activities
• To assist the clients getting up in the morning and going to bed at night
• To assist clients with personal care
• To assist Clients with toileting, continence management, and personal hygiene
• Preparing meals
• Providing companionship
• Keeping the home tidy

The ideal start date is at the end of October.
