A confident live in full time carer is required by a lovely client based in Hampshire to provide assistance with personal care and support with the daily living tasks. A carer who knows how to take a blood sugar test would be advantageous for this position. It would also be ideal if the carer is comfortable around animals since the client has a dog.

Working hours: 7 days per week, 12 hours a day (breaks included)

Duties include:

• assisting the client with personal care
• assisting with transfers
• medication prompting
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable
• assisting with mobility
• preparing meals and drinks
• assisting with laundry
• keeping the home tidy

This is for a temporary role and the candidate is expected to work for 1 month or more. The ideal start date is on the 2nd week of December.
