A diligent full time live in housekeeper carer is needed in Welwyn, Hertfordshire to provide personal and practical assistance to an elderly person whilst also maintaining the upkeep of the client's home. This is for a temporary role and the candidate is expected to work for around 3 months.

Working hours: Monday to Saturday morning, ideally 40 to 45 hours per week.

Accommodation: Own bedroom and bathroom.

Duties include:

• organising leisure activities
• helping with personal care and grooming
• assisting with bathing
• giving emotional and practical support to the elderly person
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication
• vacuuming
• changing bedsheets
• keeping the kitchen clean at all times
• washing the dishes
• loading the dishwasher
• grocery shopping
• maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the family

The client is looking for someone to start in August.
