A lovely family in the Chelsea area is searching for a full time live out carer who can assist their elderly loved one on a temporary basis. The carer will need to look after the elderly client especially with their daily routines and activities. This is for a temporary role and the candidate is expected to work for around 6 weeks.

Working hours: Monday to Sunday, approximately 60 hours per week

Duties include:

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

The carer must be willing to start immediately.
