We have an open position for a Live Out Part Time Temporary Carer role in Esher, Surrey where the candidate will mainly deal with assisting a senior person in doing daily routines in the house. The working hours for this position would be 5 days a week, approximately 20 to 30 hours per week but the family will provide exact hours closer to the start date. The family would like to hire someone who is patient and reliable, and who will be able to do the duties efficiently.

As a Part-Time Temporary Carer, your duties will include

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• assisting with mobility
• providing companionship
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication
