Our elderly client in West Sussex seeks a reliable and determined live in full time carer who can help maintain the client's healthy wellbeing and provide assistance with mobility. This is for a temporary role and the carer is expected to work for around one week. It would also be ideal if the candidate is comfortable around animals since the client owns 3 adorable cats.

Working hours: 12 hours a day with a break, roughly 8:30 am to 8:30 pm (with some occasional night time calls)

Duties include:

• assisting with personal care
• empty the client's catheter
• help the client get dressed
• provide companionship
• prompting medication
• preparing meals
• assisting with walking
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable
• engage with the client and play games
• keep the home tidy, clean the bathroom, kitchen, and bedrooms

The client is looking to hire a carer who can start in the 3rd week of August.
