A patient and reliable Live-in Temporary Carer is needed by a lovely client in Westcliff-on-Sea. The Carer will help the client with daily routines and provide assistance with personal care and mobility. There will be two candidates working on a rota and the working hours would be full time for 7 days. This is a temporary position but they are also open to hiring someone for a long term placement.

As a Carer, your duties will include

• assisting with personal care,
• peg feeding,
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable,
• keeping the home tidy,
• running errands,
• assisting with use of commode,
• hoisting
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client

Training will also be provided by the family and the district nurse. Someone who knows how to drive would be ideal. The family wants the Carer to start as soon as possible.
