Step 1

The initial consultation

During your initial consultation with us, a specialist care consultant will find out all your needs and requirements, such as:

  • The type of care needed
  • The length of time the carer/housekeeper is required for
  • The responsibilities of the carer/housekeeper
  • Any conditions or disabilities the care recipient has
  • Any other special requirements
Step 2

The search for a carer/housekeeper

After you register with us we will be able to access our candidate database and proceed with the search.

Your personal consultant will also recruit local carers specifically for the role, ensuring that they have the desired experience and skills.

They will interview the carers, check their qualifications and experience, verify their references verbally and perform an enhanced DBS check (police check).

Step 3

The candidate interviews

Your personal consultant will send you a tailored selection of candidate profiles to choose from. You will get the unique chance to interview the candidates yourself, either face to face or via video call.

Having the choice to conduct your own interviews is yet another verification point which ensures our candidates will be the perfect match for you. Our 5% replacement rate attests to this.

Step 4

Confirming Your Care

Once you’ve chosen a carer, we’ll confirm the arrangement and provide a simple contract outlining the agreed schedule, scope of care, and weekly fees. From there, our accounts team will manage everything — so you have clear oversight and ongoing support.
