Your personal consultant will also recruit local carers, specifically for the role, ensuring that they have the desired experience and skills.
They will interview the carers, check their qualifications and experience, verify their references verbally and perform an enhanced DBS check (Police check).
Your personal consultant will send you a tailored selection of candidate profiles to choose from. You will get the unique chance to interview the candidates yourself, either face to face or via video call.
Having the choice to conduct your own interviews is yet another verification point which ensures our candidates will be the perfect match for you. Our 5% replacement rate attests to this.
After concluding the interviews and picking the candidate you love the most, we will confirm the employment between yourself and the carer/housekeeper.
Your personal consultant will then send you sample contracts. If necessary, our payroll department will assist with setting up the employment.
After confirming the employment, the agency fee will be due. With us, you only need to pay a one-off fee.
For live-in positions, we charge a one-off fee of 18% of the carer’s net annual salary.
For live-out positions under 20 hours, we charge 18% of the carer’s net annual salary, while for over 20 hours we charge 16% of the carer’s net annual salary.
For temporary positions, the weekly fee is determined upon enquiry.
With us, you get a 6-month replacement guarantee for positions over 25 hours/week and 3-month replacement guarantee for less than 25 hours/week.
A free 6-month payroll service is also included with all permanent positions.
