A Cantonese-speaking live out full time carer is needed in Edgware, London to help an elderly person move around the house and help with some elements of personal care.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Duties include:

• getting in and out of bed and assuring comfort
• accompany the client to social outings and appointments
• prepare snacks and refreshments as well as cook main meals
• help with washing and dressing
• assist client with toileting, continence management and personal hygiene
• make and keep notes of appointments and arrangements
• safely using aids and personal equipment
• reminders when to take medication
• assist with moving and walking
• light household duties such as laundry and ironing
• shop and order necessary home supplies or personal equipment

Someone who speaks Cantonese is essential. They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
