About the role:
This is a dynamic role in which as an Account Executive you will be responsible for assisting with all areas of the sales process. We are looking for a Account Executive who is enthusiastic, driven, organised and with strong self-belief.
You will work in a team who motivates one another to reach their goals and achieve uncapped commission potential. You will need to think outside of the box, embrace new technologies and have the ability to work well under pressure. As an Account Executive, you will work in a fast-paced environment, communicating daily with world-class talent from our global teams.

Requirements:
Dynamic, competitive, resourceful, resilient, enthusiastic and career-focused individual Fluency in written & spoken English (additional language would be a big bonus) Previous experience in a similar role beneficial Must be confident in your verbal and written communication skills Ability to work well within a team, as well as taking own initiative and responsibility for achieving targets Flexibility for rotational weekend cover: 1 weekend day, either Saturday or Sunday, every other week (11 days worked out of 14); dropping to Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 18:00, after on-target completion of the first year
Areas of responsibility:
Manage and develop long-lasting client relationships Deliver a seamless recruitment experience for all clients and candidates Build and source talent by utilising various strategies such as industry-specific resources, media and our own tools Work directly with private individuals.
