We have a vacancy for a Full Time Live In Carer position in Archway, London, where the candidate will be mainly in charge of assisting an elderly person with many elements of their daily routine. We are looking for understanding, patient and responsible candidates who can efficiently do their tasks.

The working hours for this position would be Monday to Friday, full time, with the flexibility to work additional hours on Saturday morning.

The Carer is responsible for

• organising the laundry and ironing
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication
• cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
• running errands with the elderly
• organising appointments for the elderly
• taking the elderly on short walks around the neighbourhood
• helping with personal grooming
• assisting with bathing
• helping with home administration
• organising daily schedule for the elderly

Someone who knows how to drive is ideal, as the Carer will also be tasked to bring the elderly person to appointments. Own private bedroom and bathroom will be provided for the Carer as well. The family is looking for someone who can start by the end of the summer.
