We have a Live Out Full Time Carer position available for a passionate and reliable candidate who is willing to care for an elderly client based in Archway, London. The working hours for this position would be from Monday to Friday, full time.

As a Carer, you will tend to the practical, social and emotional needs of the elderly client and help them perform domestic routines more easily. The grandchildren will be at their home but there will be no nanny duties required.

You will be responsible for:

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication
