A Brockenhurst, Hampshire family is in need of a willing and conscientious Live Out Part time Carer to help an elderly person around the house as well as assist the elderly person with day to day activities. The Carer will be needed Monday through Friday, approximately 20 to 30 hours per week.

The Carer will be asked to help with

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the elderly person
• organising and taking the elderly person to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the elderly person manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the elderly person and their interests and needs

The family is seeking someone who is looking for a long term placement and ideally someone who knows how to drive as the Carer will accompany the elderly person to occasional doctor's appointments. The family would like the Carer to start as soon as possible but they are flexible with the start date for the suitable candidate.
