A client is looking for an Interim Care Home Manager in Hampshire. The Care Home Manager will be required to start ASAP. They will be working 40 hours per week including, as required, evening, weekend and night shifts.

The Care Home Manager’s duties include:

• Respond to the changing acuity of residents at any given time
• Lead staff to promote and strive for excellence
• Carry out thorough Care Needs Assessments of residents
• Complete all associated administration efficiently, professionally and on time
• Create, manage, and amend care risk assessments and ensure that care plans are regularly reviewed and respond to care needs
• Be flexible and responsive to service needs, delivering ‘hands-on’ care as required
• Encourage, coach and support staff learning and development
• Liaise with and maintain good relationships with our residents’ families and friends along with allied healthcare professionals
• Actively contribute to clinical developments and support the clinical vision of the organisation.
