We have an open position for an experienced AMI Montessori Guide to work alongside our qualified Montessori team. The job involves working with children aged 2.5 to 6 years.

The following courses are essential such as First Aid, Safeguarding, Food Hygiene, FGM, Prevent Duty, British Values, and the knowledge of the EYFS. The candidate should have good spoken and written English skills, be able to take observations, write reports, and have good knowledge of all the statutory guidance.

Working hours: 42 weeks plus one week for in-house training. The school is open from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Staff work for 40 hours days with one hour break.

Duties include:

• The position will involve working with children following the EYFS and Montessori Curriculum.
• Planning and implementing learning and creative activities for children.
• You will be working as part of our excellent team, following all the relevant Safeguarding, Health, and Safety Policies and Procedures
• Communicating with parents and updating them about their child’s day at the Montessori.

The contract would be for one academic year and renewed annually. We would be supporting the candidate with in-house training.
