Our senior client based in Hammersmith needs companionship and help with movement in order to go about with the regular activities more easily. The family is searching for a full time live-out carer who is passionate and responsible.

Working hours: 6 days a week. 9 am - 5/6pm

Duties include:

• assist in personal care
• accompanying to appointments
• running errands such as collecting parcels
• monitoring physical and mental well being of client
• organising doctor's appointments
• general housekeeping duties
• prompting medication
• changing bed linen
• provide companionship and emotional support
• laundry and ironing
• ensuring client feels safe and comfortable

• cooking meals and preparing snacks and drinks

  Ideal start date would be on the 24th of October 2022.
