My client is aiming to be the market leader within the luxury hospitality industry and is currently searching for a Handyman to assist in maintaining one of their most high-profile residences. This is a vital role and you will have the opportunity to grow with the residency. You will be responsible for upholding the brand values and quality service delivery. You should be an enthusiastic leader and motivated to achieve exceptional levels of service. The role has many important responsibilities which all need to be completed to a meticulous standard.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to resolve problems.
• Ability to work in harmony with external specialist contractors.
• Maintaining excellent standards in regard to health and safety
• Providing specialist knowledge
• Be responsible for ensuring the day to day delivery of the customer experience is smooth, professional, friendly and efficient
• Work both proactively and reactively to deliver the best service and customer experience

Skills and Experience required:

• Previous experience as a handyman or working on a building site
• Physically strong, capable of working with machinery and some heavy equipment
• Excellent leadership skills, where you have the natural ability to lead, develop and motivate
• Excellent communication skills, including perfect fluency in verbal and written
