A Full Time Live In Housekeeper Carer is needed by a family in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. You will be taking care of the family's elderly member and at the same time assist in the upkeep of the family’s home. This role will be flexible in terms of working days but ideally 3 weekdays plus Saturday and Sunday, full time.

This will be a dual focused role in which you will be independent in carrying out the household chores.

Main responsibility:

• changing bedsheets,
• keeping the kitchen clean at all times,
• washing the dishes,
• loading the dishwasher,
• grocery shopping,
• maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the family,
• organising leisure activities
• helping with personal care and grooming
• assisting with bathing
• giving emotional and practical support to the elderly person
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

The Housekeeper Carer will be provided with own bedroom and bathroom as well as a mini kitchen shared with another household staff. The family is looking for someone who can start in 3 weeks.
