We currently have a vacancy for a Full Time Live In Carer for a family based in Arnos Grove area. They are seeking to hire someone who can be a practical and emotional support to their elderly family member. The working hours for this position would be from Monday to Saturday, full time.

You will be tasked to assist the elderly person in the daily routines and activities, accompany them to appointments and events and make sure that the client is always safe, happy, and attended.

You will also be responsible with:

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication
