We have an open position for a Live In Full Time Carer role in Beaconsfield. The candidate will be required to provide support to an elderly client regarding all elements of daily living such as personal care and grooming. The working hours for this position would ideally be from Monday to Saturday, full time.

As a Full-Time Carer, your duties will include

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

You won't have to worry about accommodation as the family will provide a spacious bedroom ensuite for you. The family wants the Carer to start by the last week of January.
