A full time live in carer role has opened up in Eastbourne, where the ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for helping a senior client with many aspects of their daily routine.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, and half day on Saturdays; 50 to 60 hours per week

Duties include:

• helping with personal grooming
• assisting with bathing (supervising)
• running errands with the elderly person
• organising appointments for the elderly person
• taking the elderly person on short walks around the neighbourhood
• managing the budget
• preparing meals and snacks
• giving out medication
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable

They require someone with a valid UK Residence Permit. The client is keen to hire on the 15th of November.
