A senior client residing in the Hammersmith area is searching for a full time live in carer to assist with many elements of their daily routine.

Working hours: 2 weeks on 2 weeks off or any suitable combination

Duties include:

• assisting clients with personal care tasks
• accompanying clients to appointments
• monitoring physical and mental wellbeing of clients
• offering around-the-clock support
• providing incontinence care
• helping clients with mobility
• monitoring and administering medication
• assist clients with financial matters and money management
• assist clients with correspondence, arrangements for outings and visitors
• assisting with daily errands and ad hoc admin around the house
• liaising with familial and medical support structures to ascertain residents' care-related requirements.
• monitoring health
• providing companionship and emotional support
• assisting with night calls where necessary
• cook the dishes that the client wants

They need someone to start as soon as possible.
