A Henley-on-Thames-based client is searching for a diligent full time live in carer who can provide assistance and support in a client-centred approach.

Working hours: Monday to Friday full time with breaks; Flexibility to work on Saturdays is ideal; 50 to 60 hours per week

Duties include:

• assisting the client with personal care such as using the toilet
• taking the client to enjoy activities
• organising and accompanying to hospital visits
• cooking meals
• reminding to take their prescribed medications
• assist in bathing and showering
• help in grooming
• using aids such as walkers
• stimulating and encouraging the client
• helping with bedtime routines
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable

They require someone with a valid UK Residence Permit. The ideal start date for the candidate is on 1st of June but the client can offer an earlier start date for the right candidate.
