A family in Southampton is looking for a Full Time Live In Carer to help and look after an elderly. The Live In Carer will be required to work Monday to Friday, full time. Someone reliable, patient and understanding is a must for this role.

Duties will include

• assisting the elderly with day to day activities,
• carrying out general tasks like housework, laundry and shopping,
• helping with personal care like washing, using the toilet and dressing,
• giving emotional and practical support to the elderly,
• helping to organise leisure activities.

Someone who has experience looking after an elderly is a big bonus but not a requirement. The live in Carer would need to start as soon as possible but the family are willing to wait for the right candidate.
