We have an available Live In Full Time Carer position in Bayswater, London for a passionate and reliable candidate who is willing to help care for an elderly client. The working hours for this position would be from Monday to Friday, full time. The client is flexible with the hours but ideally 6 to 7 hours a day.

As a Carer, you will tend to the practical, social and emotional needs of the elderly client and help them perform domestic routines more easily.

Your duties will include

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

The client is seeking a candidate who is looking for long-term placement and can join them as soon as possible.

You won't have to worry about accommodation as the client will provide a spacious bedroom and bathroom for you.
