We have an open position for a Live In Full Time Carer role in Brent where the candidate will be required to give care and support with all elements of daily living such as personal care, food preparation, daily routines and ensure that the service user's medication needs are met.

The family would like to hire someone who is patient and reliable, and who will be able to do the duties efficiently. The working hours for this position would be Monday to Saturday, full time.

As a Full Time Carer, your duties will include

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the service user
• organising and taking the service user to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the service user manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the service user and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the service user
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

The family is seeking for a candidate who is looking for a long term placement. You won't have to worry about accommodation as the family will provide a spacious bedroom and bathroom for you. The family wants the Carer to start by the 3rd week of October.
