We currently have a vacancy for a Carer who is willing to join a family in Camden, London in a Full Time Live In position. They are seeking to hire someone who can be a practical and emotional support to their elderly family member. This position requires the Carer to work from Monday to Friday, full time.

You will also be tasked to assist the elderly person in the daily routines and activities and accompany them to appointments and events.

You will also be responsible with:

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

The Carer will be provided with own bedroom and bathroom. The family is looking for someone who can stay with them for a long time, someone who can work with minimal supervision and can respect their elderly loved one. A spacious bedroom ensuite will be provided for the Carer. They want the Carer to start as soon as possible.
