Enjoy the great outdoors as you stroll around Cranbrook walking alongside our elderly client. The client seeks a Live In Full Time Carer who can help maintain their healthy wellbeing and help with mobility. One of the main tasks is to accompany the client in early morning walks. The Carer will be needed on a rota basis, 3 weeks on and 1 week off work.

Duties:

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the elderly person
• organising and taking the elderly person to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the elderly person manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the elderly person and their interests and needs

The client is looking for someone who is seeking a long-term placement and is available to start as soon as possible. Someone who knows how to drive is prefered but not required. A comfortable and spacious bedroom ensuite will be provided.
