We are looking for a caring, reliable and flexible Live In Carer to provide personal care, assistance with daily living tasks and provide both practical and emotional support to a senior client living in their own home based in Pangbourne, Berkshire. The hours for this position require the Carer to work from Monday to Friday, full time.

We are looking for individuals who have a positive can-do attitude and are genuinely interested in working as a Live In Carer and making a difference in people's quality of life.

As a Full Time Carer, your duties will include

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

The family is seeking a candidate who is looking for a long-term placement. Someone who knows how to drive is ideal but not required. A living space, own spacious bedroom and bathroom will be provided for the Carer. They are looking to hire someone who can start as soon as possible.
