We are looking for a considerate, reliable and flexible individual who is keen to work in a Live In Full Time Carer role and provide personal care, assistance with daily living tasks and provide both practical and emotional support to a senior service user living in their own home based in Longfield, Kent. The hours for this position require the Carer to work from Monday to Friday, full time.

As a Full Time Carer, your duties will include

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the client
• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the client manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• giving emotional and practical support to the client
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

The family is seeking a candidate who is looking for a long term placement. Someone who knows how to drive is ideal but not required. A living space, own spacious bedroom ensuite will be provided for the Carer. The family wants the Carer to start by the end of summer.
