A senior client based in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire is in need of a full time live in carer companion housekeeper to assist with day to day activities, serve as practical and emotional support to the client and maintain the cleanliness of the client's home.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm with some flexibility to work for additional hours on Saturday morning

Duties include:

• organising and taking the client to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with mobility
• helping with routines
• providing companionship
• running errands,
• keeping home tidy
• getting to know the client and their interests and needs
• ensuring the client is comfortable and safe

The family is looking for someone who is keen to start in September.
