We are currently seeking to recruit a committed Carer who also has a great passion for using their expertise to maintain a home to a high standard. This vacancy is for a Full Time Live In Housekeeper Carer role for a family in Wandsworth, London. This role will be flexible in terms of working days but ideally 4 to 5 days per week, full time.

As Housekeeper Carer, you will be taking care of the family's elderly member and at the same time assist in the upkeep of the family’s home. This will be a dual focused role in which you will be independent in carrying out the household chores and organising your time to do so efficiently.

Main responsibility:

• changing bedsheets,
• keeping the kitchen clean at all times,
• washing the dishes,
• loading the dishwasher,
• grocery shopping,
• maintaining a clean and tidy environment for the family,
• organising leisure activities
• helping with personal care and grooming
• assisting with bathing
• giving emotional and practical support to the elderly person
• food preparation, feeding and giving out medication

The Housekeeper Carer will be provided with own bedroom and bathroom as well as a kitchenette. The family is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
