A full time live out carer is required by an elderly client located in Chelsea to assist with personal care, provide mobility support and help with many elements of their daily routine.

They need two carers who are happy to work on a rota basis. The client may sometimes travel to Scotland so the ideal candidate must be someone flexible to accompany them and do live in when needed.

Working hours: 8 am to 8 pm including breaks, 7 days a week, two candidates working on a rotational basis.

Duties include:

• assisting with personal care
• preparing meals
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable
• assisting with any medical needs
• assisting with mobility
• providing companionship and stimulating the client
• running errands
• keeping the home tidy
• assisting to read and write

The carers must be available to start by the last week of March.
