A full time live out carer is required in Chiswick, London, where the ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for helping an elderly client with many aspects of daily routine. They prefer a candidate who lives in the area.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, around 50 hours per week.

Duties include:

• assisting with personal care
• organising the client's daily schedule
• food preparation
• prompting medication
• cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
• running errands for the elderly person
• accompanying to doctor's appointment
• taking the elderly person on short walks
• helping with personal grooming
• assisting with bathing
• helping with home administration
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable

They require someone with a valid UK Residence Permit. The client is keen to hire on the 3rd of June.
