An exciting opportunity is waiting for you in Greenwich, London. A family seeks a Full Time Live Out Carer to help an elderly person move around the house and perform daily activities more easily. Although previous experience with elder care and support would be an advantage, it is more important to have the willingness and right attitude towards your work. The Carer is required to work full time from Monday to Saturday.

The Carer will be responsible for

• organising meals as well as the groceries for the elderly person
• organising and taking the elderly person to appointments
• helping with laundry and ironing
• changing bed linen and making beds
• assisting with bathing and personal grooming
• helping the elderly person manage their budget, pay bills and write letters
• getting to know the elderly person and their interests and needs

The family is looking for someone who is looking for a long-term placement. Someone who knows how to drive needed for this role. It would be ideal if the candidate can start as soon as possible.
