A full time live out carer is needed in Lambeth to provide care assistance and practical support to a senior client. A carer who is comfortable with pets and who lives in the local area is preferred. A driver would be a bonus.

Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8 AM to 7 PM; Required to stay overnight once a week; 55 hours a week

Duties include:

• supporting the client in doing daily activities
• accompanying to medical appointments
• ordering and collecting medication
• administering medication daily
• assist in visiting friends
• taking the client to parks/galleries/concerts
• prompting the client to change clothes
• washing/ironing
• light housework
• changing bed linen
• shopping/receiving day time deliveries
• making breakfast/lunch
• feeding cat and dog
• walking the dog with the client
• encouraging the client to participate in physical activities such as watering the plants
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable

They require someone who has a valid UK Residence Permit. The client is looking for a carer who can start on the 29th of July.
