Our client is looking for a full time live out carer in Sevenoaks to assist with all personal care and provide companionship.

Working hours: 7 days per week, rota basis, 10 to 12 hours per day with breaks

Duties include:

• Providing person-centred and outcome-based care and support
• Looking after the emotional, physical, cultural and social needs of the clients
• Assisting clients with all their personal care needs
• Assisting with medication
• Assisting with mobility and using manual handling equipment safely
• Assisting with domestic tasks such as cleaning the apartments, laundry and ironing
• Preparing food and drinks for the clients
• Accompanying the clients on trips in the community
• Providing companionship
