A full time live out carer position has become available in Southwark where the candidate will be mainly in charge of assisting an elderly person with some elements of their daily routine. Preference would be given to candidates who live in the local area.

Working hours: Monday to Friday - 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM with breaks

Duties include:

• providing companionship
• helping with laundry and ironing
• preparing meals and snacks
• reassuring and stimulating the client
• running errands with the elderly client
• accompanying to appointments
• going on short walks around the neighbourhood
• helping with personal grooming
• assisting with bathing
• helping with home administration
• ensuring the client is safe and comfortable

They require someone with a valid UK Residence Permit. The ideal start date for this position will be on the 27th of January.
