A proactive and reliable full time live out carer is needed in Westminster to help an elderly person with mobility and some aspects of personal care. It would be ideal if the carer lives in the client's local area.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, ideally 8 hours per day

Duties include:

• Safely using aids and personal equipment
• Assisting with mobility
• To assist the client in getting up in the morning
• To assist the client with personal care (mostly supervising)
• Encouraging the client to use the toilet
• Preparing occasional meals
• Providing companionship
• Medication prompting

Our client would like to hire a carer by the end of January.
